The location is convenient for business travel , but unfortunately, it lacks basic cleanliness.

Definitely not a safe environment.

Unboxing my experience

Imagine walking into a hotel with a strong odor and seeing cockroaches greet you at the door. A broken door lock and questionable clientele outside made me feel unsafe. The staff was somewhat polite, but the environment screamed discomfort. I couldn't even handle staying in the room and left immediately!

The stay was very disappointing overall. The room was dirty with stained walls and a lingering smell of smoke even though it was advertised as a non-smoking room. The noise from people drinking outside made it hard to get any sleep. Unfortunately, the amenities were not as described online, and I felt unsafe during my stay with unsavory characters loitering around the property.

I stayed for one night and loved the cozy non-smoking queen room. The huge TV was perfect for chilling out after a long day. The swimming pool looked refreshing, and there was a nice little patio area to relax, too. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi wasn’t super fast, but overall, I had a pleasant stay! 😊

The clean, comfortable bed felt like a warm hug after a long day. I really appreciated the elevator access, making it easy for my friends and me to navigate with our luggage. What a relief!

Improve room cleanliness and maintenance.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep, though it had some noise from the hallway. The pool looked unappealing, covered and neglected.

travel inn by oyo is in a good location, close to several shops and restaurants. the recreational opportunities are decent, making it a good spot to relax. one standout feature was the friendly staff, who were always available to help.

Travel Inn By Oyo has a great location close to shops and restaurants. The staff members always greeted me with smiles and were eager to help with any questions. I enjoyed the easy access to local attractions, which made my stay convenient. However, the room had some significant issues. The bathroom could use better cleanliness. there were signs of mildew that made it feel unwelcoming. The sheets had stains, and the comforter looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. I also struggled with the air conditioning that was noisy and didn't cool well. Even though the staff was friendly, the overall condition of the room was a letdown. I felt the need for more thorough cleaning and maintenance throughout the facility.

Just a smart choice for a fleeting moment in Omaha with incredible value for money. The bed looked okay with new flooring, which was a plus. Avoid late check-in to secure a better room selection.

A Not-So-Great Experience
